Jos Dejongh Bouwonderneming bouwt en coördineert alles van ruwbouw tot afwerking bij villabouw, renovaties, projectbouw,… alles wat residentiële bouw omvat met focus op regio Noorderkempen en Antwerpen. Want onze mensen, die willen we dicht bij huis laten werken.

Wij zijn een familiebedrijf dat al 36 jaar meedraait in de sector. Het geheim? Onze 50 collega's die dagelijks onze 4 kernwaarden uitdragen: vakmanschap – kwaliteit – betrouwbaarheid en betrokkenheid.

Om ons team te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een projectleider bouw.

Wat houdt de functie in?

Als projectleider ben jij de centrale spilfiguur van onze bouwprojecten. Je coördineert en begeleidt onze projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant en ook voor de ploegbaas en werfleider op de werf.

Dit betekent:

  • Instaan voor de planning, organisatie en opvolging van residentiële bouwprojecten.
  • Het aansturen van onderaannemers en overleggen met onze eigen bouwploegen om zo tot te streven naar topkwaliteit
  • Garanderen van de kwaliteit en vakmanschap dat ons als bouwfirma onderscheidt
  • Bewaken van de veiligheid op de werf, je budget en timing
  • Nauwe samenwerking met architecten, ingenieurs, klanten en interne collega’s zoals onze BIM-cel
  • Opvolging volledige project van ruwbouwfase tot afwerking

Wat wij zoeken in jou?

  • Je hebt een diploma in een bouwkundige richting (bachelor of master)
  • Ervaring als projectleider ruwbouw
  • Teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je hebt een probleemoplossende mindset en behoudt altijd het overzicht
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en draagt kwaliteit en vakmanschap hoog in het vaandel
