Binnen de Publieke Gezondheid is daarom de bewuste keuze gemaakt om te bouwen aan een krachtig, centraal bedrijfsbureau dat rust en eenheid brengt. Als projectleider neem jij de volledige regie over dit vernieuwende traject. Je zorgt ervoor dat kwaliteit, flexibiliteit en heldere managementondersteuning samenkomen in een toekomstbestendig ontwerp. Hiermee maak je direct impact op de professionalisering van de organisatie en help je collega's om efficiënter samen te werken. - Analyseren van de huidige processen en de organisatiestructuur. - Ontwerpen en uitwerken van het nieuwe, centrale bedrijfsbureau. - Begeleiden van een praktijkgerichte pilot binnen een specifieke discipline. - Opstellen van een concrete implementatieaanpak en governance. - Verbinden van medewerkers, management en ondersteunende diensten tijdens de verandering.
