Projectleider Industriebouw

Ben jij een gedreven projectleider die bouwprojecten in de industriele sector van A tot Z opvolgt? Wij zijn op zoek naar jou voor onze organisatie in Bree met een voltijdse functie.

  • Heb je ervaring met het coördineren van bouwprojecten?
  • Ben je communicatief sterk en een echte teamspeler?
  • Heb je een diploma ingenieur of bachelor bouw (of gelijkwaardige ervaring)?

Als projectleider ben je de schakel tussen de klant, het ontwerpteam, onderaannemers en interne diensten. Je stuurt projecten aan zodat ze tijdig, binnen budget en volgens de gemaakte afspraken worden opgeleverd.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Fungeren als vaste contactpersoon vanaf de kick-off voor de klant en interne teams.
  • Opstarten en voorbereiden van projecten.
  • Kritisch screenen van contracten, lastenboeken en plannen; bewaken van contractuele verplichtingen.
  • Leiden van het aankoop- en offerteproces en beoordelen van prijsscenario’s.
  • Bewaken van kosten, cashflow en financiële rapportering naar de directie.
  • Overzien van planning, voortgang en kwaliteit van projecten.
  • Regelmatig uitvoeren van werfbezoeken en controleren van uitvoering en veiligheidsmaatregelen.
  • Organiseren van werfvergaderingen en afstemmen met stakeholders.
  • Vertalen van klantwensen naar praktische, uitvoerbare oplossingen.
  • Coördineren van de eindoplevering en samenstellen van het As-Built dossier.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, vragen we dat je voldoet aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Een diploma ingenieur of bachelor bouw (of gelijkwaardige ervaring).
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met projecten in de industriebouw.
  • Goed technisch inzicht en kennis van gangbare werkmethodes en materialen.
  • Een sterk organisatievermogen en het vermogen om het grote geheel te overzien.
  • Analytisch en cijfermatig sterk, met een proactieve houding.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een teamgerichte instelling.
  • Leergierigheid en openheid voor verdere ontwikkeling.
