Jouw uitdaging

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvolle verloop van projecten binnen het Gentse en Antwerpse havengebied. Je combineert technische expertise met een klantgerichte aanpak en draagt actief bij aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je stuurt de werfleiding aan en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • Je staat in voor de voorbereiding van projecten, waaronder opmetingen, calculaties, detailleringen en werkvoorbereiding.
  • Je beheert bestellingen en volgt de inkoopfacturatie op.
  • Je maakt vorderingsstaten en nacalculaties van projecten op.
  • Je ziet toe op de naleving van de veiligheidsvoorschriften op de werf.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en vertaalt hun behoeften naar concrete en haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van verschillende afdelingen om interne synergieën te versterken.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Bouwkunde of een gelijkwaardig hoger diploma.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie. Kandidaten met een eerste relevante werkervaring en een sterke motivatie komen eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van dakwerken, betonwerken of staalconstructies.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en hanteert een klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Bijkomende technische kennis of relevante ervaring vormt een extra troef.
