In deze rol als projectleider neem jij het volledige voortouw bij de uitvoering van diverse werven, waarbij je de schakel bent tussen de planning en de realisatie.

  • Je stuurt de eigen ploegen en onderaannemers aan op de werf en bewaakt hierbij nauwgezet de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde dakwerken.
  • Het opmaken van een strakke planning behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid, zodat materialen en mensen altijd op het juiste moment aanwezig zijn.
  • Tijdens werfvergaderingen treed je op als het technisch aanspreekpunt voor architecten en bouwheren om de voortgang te bespreken.
  • Je bewaakt het budget en de rendabiliteit van jouw projecten door scherpe nacalculaties en een efficiënte inzet van middelen.
  • Veiligheid op de werf staat bij jou voorop, waardoor je proactief toeziet op het naleven van alle voorschriften en PBM's.

Profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die stevig in zijn schoenen staat en als projectleider de rust bewaart, ook wanneer de planning even tegenzit.

  • Een degelijke technische achtergrond in de bouw of relevante ervaring met dakconstructies is essentieel om de ploegen goed te begrijpen.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een organisatorisch talent dat vlot communiceert met zowel arbeiders als zaakvoerders.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch vermogen om technische plannen snel te vertalen naar een concrete aanpak op de werf.
  • Gezonde dosis verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een oplossingsgerichte instelling maken dat jij elk project tot een goed einde brengt.
