Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een ervaren Projectleider met een passie voor daken?

Zoek je een uitdagende functie waar je technische kennis, organisatorisch talent en people management skills volledig tot hun recht komen?

Als Projectleider daken, ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het coördineren en organiseren van werven van A-Z met het oog op kwaliteit, veiligheid, en binnen de afgesproken deadlines.
  • Je stuurt je eigen ploegen en onderaannemers.
  • Je motiveert, coacht en sensibiliseert je eigen teams met betrekking tot het naleven van alle veiligheidsinstructies.
  • Je voorziet de nacalculatie en houdt een nauwkeurig overzicht over de budgetten.
  • Je coördineert werfvergaderingen en overlegt met ploegbazen, onderaannemers, architecten, leveranciers en klanten.

Je werkgebied is Melle en/of Eke, aangevuld met 1 tot 2 dagen Roeselare.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor deze uitdagende functie als Projectleider daken, zoeken wij iemand met:

  • Een bachelor Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring met ambachtelijke technieken zoals werken met zink, lood en (natuur-)leien.
  • Kennis van projectleiding in de bouwsector, idealiter met kennis of ervaring in daken.
  • Klantgerichtheid en een langetermijnvisie met verrassende oplossingsgerichtheid.
  • Verlangen naar zelfstandigheid, autonomie en een groot verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en de capaciteit om teams aan te sturen.
