FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als projectleider daken coördineer je dak projecten van start tot oplevering. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget en stuurt de werkzaamheden aan. Zo zorg je voor een vlotte en correcte uitvoering van elk project.

Takenpakket:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van dakprojecten van opstart tot oplevering
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten, bouwheren, onderaannemers en collega’s
  • Aansturen van eigen ploegen en bieden van technische ondersteuning op de werf
  • Opvolgen van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en correcte uitvoering van de werken
  • Verzorgen van administratie, projectopvolging en oplevering van de projecten

Je krijgt de nodige opleiding en begeleiding om je verder te ontwikkelen in je rol als projectleider daken.

Wie ben jij:

  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in de bouw als werf- of projectleider
  • Je combineert praktijkervaring met sterk organisatorisch inzicht
  • Je kan het overzicht bewaren en denkt oplossingsgericht mee
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en vlot in coördinatie
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en efficiënt, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig bij onverwachte situaties
  • Je bent administratief sterk en vlot met courante informaticatools
  • Ervaring met bouwkundige software is een pluspunt
