FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een toonaangevende speler binnen de dakensector zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Projectleider voor de regio Genk. In deze rol krijg je de kans om mee te werken aan indrukwekkende bouwprojecten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de succesvolle uitvoering van diverse werven.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Projectleider ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor jouw projecten en zorg je voor een efficiënte uitvoering binnen de vooropgestelde timing, kwaliteitseisen en budgetten.

Concreet sta je in voor:

  • Het organiseren en coördineren van werven van opstart tot oplevering.
  • Het bewaken van planning, budgetten en voortgang van de projecten.
  • Het opvolgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendabiliteit op de werf.
  • Het tijdig bestellen van materialen en opvolgen van vorderingsstaten.
  • Het aansturen en motiveren van eigen ploegen en onderaannemers.
  • Het stimuleren van een sterke veiligheidscultuur op de werf.
  • Het leiden van werfvergaderingen met ploegbazen, onderaannemers, architecten, leveranciers en klanten.
  • Het fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor klanten en het opbouwen van duurzame samenwerkingen.

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in bouwkunde en technische bouwprojecten.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een diploma Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten tegelijk.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap over jouw dossiers en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die mensen weet te motiveren en te verbinden.
