Voor een dynamisch en ambitieus familiebedrijf in de bouwsector zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider Bouw die het verschil maakt van concept tot oplevering.

  • Leiden van bouwprojecten: Sturen van projecten met focus op lange termijn succes en impact, waarbij kwaliteit en toekomstvisie centraal staan.
  • Centraal aanspreekpunt: Coördineren van alle projectgerelateerde zaken voor klanten, interne teams en management.
  • Cultiveren van relaties: Opbouwen van duurzame en constructieve relaties met klanten, teamleden en onderaannemers.
  • Financiële rendabiliteit en planning: Beheren van budgetten, onderhandelen met leveranciers/onderaannemers en bewaken van tijdschema’s voor een kostenefficiënte uitvoering.
  • Je volgde een hogere opleiding bouw of architectuur, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je enkele jaren ervaring in projectmanagement, inclusief bewezen trackrecord van succesvolle projecten van begin tot eind.
  • Sterke leiderschaps- en organisatorische vaardigheden mogen niet ontbreken.
  • Als teamspeler haal je energie uit het samen realiseren van uitdagende projecten.
