Als projectleider bouw ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de volledige coördinatie van meerdere bouwprojecten.

Vanaf de voorbereiding van de werf tot de definitieve oplevering houd jij de touwtjes stevig in handen.

Je zorgt ervoor dat planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid perfect op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

Dankzij jouw organisatorisch talent en technische kennis verlopen de projecten efficiënt en worden deadlines gehaald zonder in te boeten op kwaliteit.

Je werkt samen met interne teams, onderaannemers, leveranciers en bouwpartners en bent het centrale aanspreekpunt gedurende het volledige bouwproces.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van meerdere bouwprojecten van A tot Z.
  • Organiseren en leiden van werfvergaderingen.
  • Opvolgen van uitvoeringsplannen en de fasering van de werken.
  • Opstellen, beheren en bewaken van de algemene werfplanning.
  • Coördineren en aansturen van interne medewerkers, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Bewaken van budgetten, kwaliteit en uitvoeringstermijnen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen alle betrokken partijen.
  • Opstellen van het eindafrekeningsdossier.
  • Rapporteren aan de projectmanager.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Industrieel Ingenieur Bouw, Professionele Bachelor Bouwkunde of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring als projectleider of werfleider binnen de bouwsector.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands én Frans met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
