Je stuurt zowel grote als kleinere projecten aan en zorgt ervoor dat deze essentiële infrastructuur betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig blijft. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft Nederland veilig en bereikbaar. Projectleider, Sint Nicolaasga Wat ga je doen? De komende jaren staat de overheid voor een grote uitdaging in het renoveren en vervangen van bruggen, sluizen en keringen. Hierdoor is jouw rol als projectleider essentieel. Je werkt nauw samen met jouw projectteam om complexe onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten in goede banen te leiden. Vanuit de vestiging in Sint Nicolaasga ben je verantwoordelijk voor één projectteam en speel je een belangrijke rol in het verder uitbouwen van de locatie en het binnenhalen van nieuwe opdrachten, in samenwerking met de afdeling Tendering. Jouw verdere werkzaamheden bestaan uit: In de tenderfase denk je actief mee, je draagt bij aan het projectplan en ook in de uitvoering ben je betrokken Je bouwt het netwerk van Hollandia Services verder uit in de branche De leiding van projecten en aansturing van collega's ligt in jouw handen, zowel voor kantoor als op de projectlocatie Daarnaast heb je taken zoals: deelnemen aan bouwvergaderingen, de projectplanning, beheer van het budget, risicomanagement, bewaking van de veiligheid en kwaliteit Tot slot ben je verantwoordelijk voor de oplevering, einddocumentatie en evaluatie met de opdrachtgever Wat biedt Hollandia?
