De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit als Projectleider design & build in de regio van Dendermonde?

  • Je onderzoekt en werkt als Projectleider nieuwe vastgoedontwikkelingen uit: je analyseert kansen, verkent verschillende ontwikkelmogelijkheden en brengt ze in kaart voor verdere besluitvorming.
  • Samen met het team werk je als Projectleider actief mee aan Design & Build-procedures en PPS-ontwikkelingen, waarbij je de complexiteit van publiek-private samenwerking vlot weet te navigeren.
  • Je ondersteunt bij onderhandelingen over nieuwbouw- en renovatieprojecten in al hun facetten: ontwerpmatig, bouwtechnisch, financieel, zakenrechtelijk, verkoop en marketing.
  • Je maakt rendementsstudies op en zorgt voor een correcte financiële en technische onderbouwing van elk projectdossier.
  • Je stuurt het bouwteam aan en begeleidt architecten en studiebureaus als projectleider doorheen het ontwerpproces, zodat elk project bouwklaar en conform de afgesproken parameters wordt afgeleverd.
  • Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase sta je de werfleiding ter ondersteuning bij en fungeer je als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor technische en administratieve vraagstukken.

Wat is het ideale profiel als projectleider design & build?

  • Je beschikt over een diploma Architectuur, Ingenieur-Architect of Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde
  • Je hebt ervaring met verkoopakten en bent vertrouwd met de juridische en administratieve aspecten van vastgoedtransacties en bouwprojecten
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Excel) en AutoCAD. Deze tools zet je dagelijks in voor analyses, planningen en technische uitwerkingen.
  • Je bent een creatieve denker die problemen omzet in uitdagingen als projectleider: jij ziet opportuniteiten waar anderen obstakels zien en neemt initiatief met een energieke, hands-on aanpak.
  • Een ordelijke en correcte administratie is voor jou als geen last maar een vanzelfsprekend werkinstrument: jij weet dat duidelijke dossiers leiden tot vlotte communicatie en tijdswinst.
  • Je communiceert helder en overtuigend zowel intern richting collega's en directie als extern naar architecten, klanten en publieke partners in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen.
