Ben jij iemand die graag meerdere projecten aanstuurt en tegelijkertijd een team verder helpt ontwikkelen? In deze functie krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over diverse infraprojecten binnen de energievoorziening en zorg je ervoor dat deze van begin tot eind succesvol worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende werkzaamheden binnen de ondergrondse infrastructuur, waaronder projecten op het gebied van elektra- en gasnetten. Vanaf de voorbereidingsfase tot aan de oplevering houd je grip op de voortgang en zorg je ervoor dat afspraken, kwaliteitseisen en deadlines worden nagekomen. Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd. Je bewaakt de voortgang, financiële resultaten en planning en schakelt tijdig wanneer aanpassingen nodig zijn. Daarbij onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en andere betrokken partijen om een efficiënte samenwerking te waarborgen. Daarnaast stuur je een team van Uitvoerders en Werkvoorbereiders aan. Je begeleidt hen in hun werkzaamheden, ondersteunt hun ontwikkeling en creëert een werkomgeving waarin samenwerking en resultaat centraal staan. Je weet wanneer je moet delegeren en wanneer jouw betrokkenheid nodig is om projecten succesvol te laten verlopen. Ook tijdens de voorbereidingsfase speel je een actieve rol. Je denkt mee over de projectaanpak, bezoekt locaties en beoordeelt de uitvoerbaarheid van werkzaamheden. Door vroegtijdig risico's en knelpunten te signaleren, voorkom je vertragingen tijdens de uitvoering.
