Coördineer de uitrol van digitale meters in West-Vlaanderen en stuur teams aan voor een veilige en kwalitatieve uitvoering.

Als projectleider digitale meters ben je de spil in het dagelijks opvolgen van de uitrolprojecten bij onze klant. Je geeft leiding aan werfleiders, techniekers en onderaannemers en zorgt ervoor dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen verloopt.

- Leiding geven aan werfleiders, techniekers en onderaannemers - Duidelijke instructies geven en opvolgen van de uitvoering op de werf - Direct rapporteren aan de Installatie Manager - Kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken tijdens de werkzaamheden - Werkplekinspecties uitvoeren en toezien op correcte toepassing van LMRA - Meewerken aan risicoanalyses en opvolgen van het risicoregister - Organiseren van toolboxmeetings, startwerkvergaderingen en VGM-overleg met de preventiedienst - Opstellen en opvolgen van het VGM-plan en veiligheidsmaatregelen - Organiseren van interne en externe keuringen - Onderzoeken van incidenten en stimuleren van een sterke veiligheidscultuur - Opleidingstrajecten van techniekers opvolgen en extra opleidingen organiseren waar nodig - Bewaken van personeelsplanning met aandacht voor afwezigheden en beschikbaarheden
