Jouw rol als Project Leader Digital Solution Deployment

Als Project Leader Digital Solution Deployment neem je een centrale rol op in de uitrol van digitale oplossingen binnen een pharma-omgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe tools en werkwijzen processen efficiënter maken en operationele teams ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werking. Daarbij stem je af met uiteenlopende stakeholders, waaronder technische experten, business teams en externe leveranciers.

Je bewaakt de voortgang van het project op vlak van planning, scope, budget en risico's, en zorgt voor een vlotte implementatie van beginfase tot oplevering. Naast de technische deployment besteed je ook aandacht aan gebruikersadoptie, opleiding en een duurzame verankering van de oplossing in de organisatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Aansturen van digitale implementatieprojecten van opstart tot overdracht
  • Opstellen, opvolgen en bijsturen van projectplanning, budget, KPI's en risicoanalyses
  • Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams en externe leveranciers
  • Uitwerken van deploymentaanpakken, inclusief testscenario's en rollbackplannen
  • Rapporteren over projectstatus, voortgang en resultaten aan stakeholders
  • Begeleiden van change, communicatie en opleidingen om adoptie te stimuleren
  • Signaleren van optimalisatiekansen na implementatie en deze mee helpen verankeren

Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering. Dankzij je sterk organisatievermogen behoud je het overzicht in complexe trajecten en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor de voortgang van je projecten.

  • Masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen pharma of life sciences
  • Ervaring met Process Validation, Cleaning Validation en/of Tech Transfer
  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en courante projectmanagementmethodieken
  • Goede kennis van Engels
