Dit ga je doen Hoe zou jij het vinden om de spin in het web te zijn tijdens Prinsjesdag en Verantwoordingsdag? Zorg jij er straks voor dat een kabinetwissel vlekkeloos verloopt? Word je hier enthousiast van, dan ben jij de projectleider die we zoeken. We zijn op zoek naar een aanpakker die proactief meedenkt en graag samenwerkt met de diverse teams en collega's binnen onze directie. De projectleider gaat, naast deze grote piekmomenten, ook aan de slag met diverse, kleinere projecten binnen de directie communicatie. Je werkt voornamelijk voor team content, maar je kunt ook ingezet worden voor andere teams. Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met de directiesecretaris. Jullie vormen het flexibel inzetbare team voor de vele projecten van communicatie. De ene keer zet je de inkoop van een planningstool in actie, de andere keer help je met het opzetten van een nieuwe community. Geen week is hetzelfde. Je interesse is dan ook breed: van creatief tot administratief. Je maakt voor de projecten planningen, zoekt uit wie je nodig hebt om jouw project te doen slagen en zorgt ervoor dat de teams op tijd aanleveren wat er van hen verwacht wordt. Ook ben je de liaison van ons ministerie voor rijksoverheid.nl. Je bent contactpersoon voor de webredactie en schakelt met onze communicatieadviseurs wanneer content moet worden gewijzigd.
