Als Projectleider duurzame projecten bent u verantwoordelijk voor de volgende taken:

  • Samenwerking met interne collega's en externe partners vormt de basis voor het definiëren van de juiste focus bij elk nieuwbouw- of renovatieproject.
  • Gedetailleerde projectomschrijvingen opstellen waarborgt een vlotte aanstelling van architecten, rekening houdend met stedenbouwkundige randvoorwaarden.
  • Begeleiding van de transitie van een architecturale wedstrijd en juryselectie naar een concreet uitvoeringsdossier vormt een cruciaal onderdeel van de rol.
  • Actief meedenken over duurzame, circulaire en innovatieve oplossingen tilt de kwaliteit van onze projecten naar een hoger niveau.
  • Continue monitoring van de nieuwste trends in de bouwsector stelt de organisatie in staat om voortdurend te blijven vernieuwen.
  • Nauwgezette werfopvolging en het beheer van budgetten en bestekken garanderen een kwaliteitsvolle oplevering binnen de voorziene termijnen.
  • Nauw contact met ontwerpers en aannemers verzekert dat de visie van de woonmaatschappij op de werf correct wordt vertaald.

Profiel

Als Projectleider duurzame projecten is uw profiel omschreven als volgt:

  • Beschikken over een diploma Toegepaste Architectuur, Architectuur of Industrieel Ingenieur Bouwkunde vormt de ideale basis voor deze functie.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in de bouwsector zorgt voor een vliegende start binnen deze uitdagende omgeving.
  • Grote interesse in duurzaamheid en de bereidheid om voortdurend bij te leren zijn essentieel voor succes.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken in combinatie met een sterke teamgeest typeert de ideale kandidaat.
  • Nieuwsgierigheid naar nieuwe technieken en de durf om buiten de gebaande paden te treden, maken het verschil.
