Om die groeiende projecten in goede banen te leiden, kijken ze vandaag uit naar een gedreven Projectleider zoals jij.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Samen met je collega-projectleiders duik je wekelijks in de werfvergadering, waar je overzicht creëert, prioriteiten scherpstelt en de juiste timing voor alle lopende werven vastlegt
  • Jij vertaalt plannen naar actie: een slimme werfplanning en een sterke voorbereiding zorgen ervoor dat elk project vlot en gecontroleerd kan starten
  • Als vaste aanspreekpartner bouw je een open communicatie op met klanten, waarbij je verwachtingen afstemt, noden capteert en de voortgang helder opvolgt
  • Je kijkt verder dan vandaag en denkt actief mee over hoe het morgen beter kan, met concrete voorstellen rond kwaliteit, opleiding, gereedschap en technieken
  • Op de werf neem jij de eindverantwoordelijkheid in handen en waak je via gerichte kwaliteitscontroles over een resultaat waar iedereen trots op kan zijn
  • Je beschikt over een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma in Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica of Bouwkunde en hebt een stevige technische basis om projecten inhoudelijk te sturen
  • Teken- en calculatieprogramma’s zijn voor jou vertrouwde tools, die je combineert met een scherpe, analytische blik
  • Duidelijk en professioneel communiceren gaat je natuurlijk af, zowel in het Nederlands als in het Engels
