Functie-eisen Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in projectleiding of coördinatie binnen de elektrotechniek en je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar nauwkeurig werken en daadkracht samenkomen. Jij weet hoe je mensen meeneemt, keuzes onderbouwt en projecten strak laat verlopen. - Je hebt ervaring in de elektrotechniek, bij voorkeur binnen de installatiesector en projectmatige uitvoering. - Je beschikt over mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met relevante technische kennis. - Je plant en organiseert zorgvuldig, en houdt grip op meerdere taken en belangen tegelijk. - Je communiceert duidelijk, treedt overtuigend op en handelt met integriteit in iedere fase van het project. - Je werkt resultaatgericht, kwaliteitsbewust en houdt ook bij tegenslag koers richting oplevering.
