Als Projectleider Elektrotechniek grote projecten ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol realiseren van jouw projecten. Jij bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, planning en financiële resultaten. Je schakelt met klanten, leveranciers, onderaannemers en je eigen projectteam. Daarbij zorg jij ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren en dat het project soepel verloopt.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: Het organiseren, coördineren en aansturen van elektrotechnische projecten; Het bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid; Het onderhouden van contact met klanten en andere stakeholders; Het aansturen en motiveren van jouw projectteam; Het signaleren van kansen, risico's en verbeterpunten; Het verzorgen van een goede voorbereiding, inkoop en projectadministratie; Het begrijpen en bewaken van contractuele afspraken; Het tijdig bijsturen wanneer nodig.

Kortom: jij bent degene die overzicht houdt, beslissingen neemt en ervoor zorgt dat projecten op tijd, binnen budget en volgens de juiste kwaliteit worden opgeleverd.

Functie-eisen: Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding richting de elektrotechniek; Relevante ervaring binnen de elektrotechniek en projectleiding; Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; Technisch inzicht en gevoel voor planning, budget en kwaliteit; De vaardigheid om zowel het grotere geheel als de dagelijkse uitvoering te bewaken; Ervaring binnen de installatietechniek is een pré.
