Bij Lomans in Capelle aan den IJssel leid je projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en stuur je op techniek, team, planning én resultaat. Je werkt aan projecten van €1 tot €10 miljoen en ontvangt een salaris tot €7.000 bruto per maand, een leaseauto en 38 vrije dagen per jaar. - Capelle aan den IJssel - 38 - 42 uur - €4700 - €7000 per maand Functieomschrijving - Full Time - Overal - 7 uur geleden geplaatst Grote elektrotechnische projecten vragen om iemand die het overzicht houdt. Ook wanneer de druk toeneemt. Voor Lomans in Capelle aan den IJssel zoeken wij een Projectleider Elektrotechniek Grote Projecten. In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor één of meerdere omvangrijke utiliteitsprojecten binnen onder andere kantoren, scholen en zorginstellingen. Denk aan renovatie- en nieuwbouwprojecten met een doorlooptijd van een jaar of langer. Je bent vanaf de voorbereidingsfase tot en met de uiteindelijke oplevering verantwoordelijk voor het project. Daarbij combineer je techniek met leiderschap en bedrijfsmatig inzicht. Je bewaakt niet alleen de planning en kwaliteit, maar draagt ook verantwoordelijkheid voor budget, veiligheid, rendement en het uiteindelijke projectresultaat. De projecten variëren in omvang van circa €1 miljoen tot €10 miljoen. Op jaarbasis kan jouw totale projectenportefeuille oplopen tot ongeveer €15 miljoen tot €25 miljoen. Daarmee krijg je bij Lomans daadwerkelijk verantwoordelijkheid over projecten van formaat. Wat ga je doen? - Integraal aansturen van één of meerdere grote elektrotechnische utiliteitsprojecten; - Leidinggeven aan projectteams met onder andere werkvoorbereiders, engineers en (hoofd)monteurs; - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement; - Sturen op contractuele afspraken, meer- en minderwerk en financiële voortgang; - Signaleren en beheer...
