Functie omschrijving Als Projectleider Kleine Werken ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig calculeren, offreren, voorbereiden en begeleiden van kleinschalige projecten tot €250.000. Je werkt direct onder de operationeel directeur en bent van begin tot eind betrokken. Je schakelt met klanten, leveranciers, productie en montage en zorgt dat projecten soepel verlopen. - Calculeren van aanvragen en opstellen van offertes. - Verrichten van opnames op locatie en bijwonen van besprekingen. - Omzetten van offertes naar orders en bewaken van voortgang. - Inkoop en bestelling van materialen, inclusief controle orderbevestigingen. - Aansturen van de voorbereiding en begeleiding van productie en montage. - Verzorgen van facturatie en projectdocumentatie. - Bewaken van levertijden en kwaliteit. - Zorgdragen voor orde, netheid, en naleving van afspraken. - Planning monteurs en overdracht aan montage verzorgen. Functie eisen - Mbo+/hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. - Ervaring in projectleiding is een pré. - Sterk technisch inzicht en commerciële vaardigheden. - Goed organisatorisch vermogen en een probleemoplossende houding. - Nauwkeurig, kostenbewust en klantgericht. - Kennis van software zoals Logikal is een pluspunt. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamspirit.
