Als Projectleider bij Expandable vertaal je klantwensen naar een haalbare planning, bewaak je budget en kwaliteit, en stuur je bij waar nodig. Je brengt structuur in een dynamische productieomgeving en zorgt dat engineering, inkoop en productie perfect op elkaar aansluiten, zodat onze unieke, verplaatsbare ruimtes precies zo de deur uitgaan als beloofd. Wie zijn wij? Even een korte introductie. Wij zijn Expandable. Een productiebedrijf dat bijzonder aantrekkelijke, verplaatsbare ruimtes ontwerpt en ontwikkelt. Al onze 'Expandables' zijn multifunctioneel, volledig aanpasbaar, overal te plaatsen en gemakkelijk op te zetten. Eenmaal uitgeklapt verdubbelen ze in ruimte. De bouw van onze trailers en containers gebeurt vanuit een conceptuele gedachte in eigen beheer op onze locatie in Eersel. Vanuit de groei van de organisatie is de functie van projectleider ontstaan. Wat ga je doen? Als projectleider bij Expandable ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van projecten van A tot Z. Vanaf het moment dat sales een opdracht overdraagt tot en met de oplevering aan de klant. Je bent de centrale schakel tussen sales, engineering, inkoop en productie en zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitseisen worden gerealiseerd. Je bewaakt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat alle betrokken disciplines optimaal samenwerken. Taken en verantwoordelijkheden - Coördineren en begeleiden van projecten van opdracht tot oplevering - Afstemmen met sales over klantspecificaties, planning en verwachtingen - Vertalen van klantwensen naar een haalbare projectplanning - Aansturen en afstemmen met engineering, productie en inkoop - Bewaken van planning, voortgang, budget en kwaliteit - Signaleren van risico's en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig - Coördineren van materiaalbehoefte en inkoop in samenwerking met de afdeling ink...
