Je werkt aan een grote diversiteit aan projecten binnen zowel nieuwbouw als renovatie, met een projectomvang tot € 5 miljoen. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en vrijheid om projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering succesvol te sturen. Als Projectleider verbind je mensen, processen en belangen en zorg je ervoor dat planning, kwaliteit en financiën in balans blijven. Daar staat veel tegenover: een salaris van € 5.500 tot € 7.000 bruto per maand en uitgebreide mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Een mooie volgende stap voor een ervaren bouwprofessional die verantwoordelijkheid wil combineren met uitdagende woningbouwprojecten. Als Projectleider houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Leiden van bouwprojecten vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering; - Opstellen, controleren en bijsturen van projectplanningen; - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van projectteams; - Bewaken van budgetten, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang; - Signaleren van projectrisico's en tijdig nemen van passende maatregelen; - Onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, partners en overige stakeholders. Wie we zoeken Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren bouwprofessional die overzicht houdt wanneer projecten complex worden. Je combineert bouwkundige kennis met leiderschap en weet mensen mee te nemen in duidelijke doelstellingen, afspraken en prioriteiten.
