Projectleider Renovatie & Commercieel Talent

Bij Niveau2 zoeken we een projectleider met pit – iemand die onze werven strak in handen houdt én commercieel mee kan denken.

We zoeken geen klassieke projectleider die enkel zijn eigen taken afwerkt. Bij Niveau2 trekken we allemaal aan dezelfde kar. Van de vakmannen op de werf tot de collega's op kantoor: we helpen elkaar, nemen verantwoordelijkheid en zoeken samen naar oplossingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Voorbereiding: Je neemt verkochte projecten technisch door, bepaalt wat nodig is voor een goede uitvoering en stemt de planning af met Technical Support.
  • Materialen: Je bepaalt welke materialen, hoeveelheden en uitvoeringsdetails nodig zijn en bezorgt deze informatie tijdig aan Technical Support, die de bestellingen verder verwerkt.
  • Werfopvolging: Je volgt de werven van dichtbij op en bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en budget. Problemen? Die pak je aan voordat ze groter worden.
  • Oplevering & service: Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de klant en zorgt samen met het team voor een correcte oplevering.
  • Commercieel: Je bezoekt potentiële klanten, luistert naar hun plannen, meet projecten op en verzamelt alle technische en praktische informatie die nodig is. Onze calculator maakt op basis daarvan de offerte op.
  • Teamwork: Je werkt nauw samen met Technical Support, calculatie en onze mensen op de werf. Zie je dat iets fout dreigt te lopen of dat een collega hulp nodig heeft? Dan kijk je niet de andere kant op. We winnen of verliezen samen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt technische kennis en ervaring in renovatie of bouw.
  • Je kunt een werf technisch inschatten en weet welke informatie nodig is om correct te calculeren, plannen en bestellen.
  • Je bent georganiseerd en houdt overzicht over meerdere projecten.
  • Je neemt initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's en vakmannen.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en kunt de behoefte van een klant vertalen naar een duidelijk technisch dossier.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Vooral: je zoekt niet gewoon een job, maar wilt mee bouwen aan een bedrijf.

Waar werk je?

Vanuit regio Houthalen/Genk, gecombineerd met klanten- en werfbezoeken. Onze werven liggen voornamelijk in Limburg, aangevuld met Vlaams-Brabant en de Kempen.
