OVER DE FUNCTIE

Voor een gevestigde West-Vlaamse organisatie die al meerdere generaties actief is in elektrotechniek en infrastructuur, zoeken we een Projectleider Elektrotechnische Projecten.

Als projectleider word je de spilfiguur die elk project van ontwerp tot oplevering in goede banen leidt. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, studiebureaus en aannemers om duurzame en innovatieve oplossingen te bedenken en uit te voeren, en je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de projectdirecteur.

Het betreft een voltijdse vaste functie (in loondienst) binnen een groeiend familiebedrijf met een sterke focus op mensen en vakmanschap. Er bestaat ook een mogelijkheid om de rol uit te voeren vanuit een managementvennootschap (contract lange termijn)

JOUW VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

  • Coördineren van projecten van A tot Z, van voorontwerp tot oplevering, met de eindverantwoordelijkheid over een vlotte uitvoering
  • Afstemmen met klanten en stakeholders om een scherpe behoefteanalyse te maken en de meest geschikte technische oplossing voor te stellen
  • Opstellen van lichtplannen, meetstaten en ontwerptekeningen, inclusief sturingen en andere technische oplossingen
  • Opmaken en motiveren van offertes bij klanten, met oog voor zowel techniek als commercieel resultaat
  • Beheren van planning, aankoop, budgettering en opvolging en alle projectadministratie nauwgezet bijhouden in het ERP systeem Navision
  • Aansturen van interne teams en onderaannemers met een sterke focus op organisatie en people management, aangevuld met regelmatige werfbezoeken
  • Bewaken van de financiële opvolging: vorderingsstaten, factuurcontrole, kostenbewaking en rendementsanalyse
  • Garanderen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid binnen elk project

WIE WE ZOEKEN

  • Een bachelor of masterdiploma in elektriciteit of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond
  • Sterke technische kennis van elektrische installaties, bij voorkeur met ervaring als project engineer of werfleider
  • Organisatorisch sterk en communicatief, met een gezonde commerciële feeling
  • Een echte teamspeler die mensen motiveert en tegelijk het overzicht bewaart
  • Vlot Nederlands en vertrouwd met de Belgische bouw en installatiecontext
