Vivaldis Mechelen is op zoek naar een PROJECTLEIDER met kennis van INDUSTRIËLE ELEKTRICITEIT in regio Mechelen!

Wat moet je doen als projectleider elektriciteit?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer en de controle van verschillende projecten.
  • 60% van je werktijd besteed je op kantoor aan taken zoals het plaatsen van bestellingen, het opstellen van schema's en planningen, nacalculaties, en het bijwonen van vergaderingen.
  • De overige 40% van je tijd werk je op de bouwplaatsen, waar je de organisatie en coördinatie van je teams verzorgt, oplossingen aanbiedt, communiceert met klanten, en je werfleiders aanstuurt.
  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte en tijdige communicatie met zowel interne als externe partijen en houdt de projectinformatie en voortgang nauwgezet bij.
  • Daarnaast draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor alle financiële aspecten van het project.

Profiel

Als projectleider elektriciteit herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor diploma in elektriciteit en hebt aanzienlijke technische ervaring, vooral industriële elektriciteit.
  • Je beschikt over een sterk ontwikkeld technisch inzicht dat je moeiteloos kunt toepassen in praktische situaties.
  • Je herkent de behoeften van klanten en kunt deze omzetten in klantgerichte oplossingen.
  • Je streeft altijd naar resultaat en weet dankzij je uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden je standpunten helder over te brengen.
  • Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen en blinkt uit in het oplossen van problemen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met budgetbeheer.
  • Daarnaast heb je al ervaring opgedaan in een leidinggevende rol en combineer je je leiderschapsvaardigheden met een scherp inzicht in de groepsdynamiek.
  • Je bent bereid om 2 à 3 maal per week een halve dag in ons hoofdkantoor te Balen te werken.
  • Je bent in staat om iedereen te motiveren om de projectdoelstellingen te bereiken.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
