Een verantwoordelijke projectrol binnen infrastructuur en elektrotechniek, waar techniek, organisatie en samenwerking samenkomen. In deze functie wordt gewerkt aan installatie- en onderhoudsprojecten rond elektrische installaties voor kunstwerken zoals bruggen en sluizen.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Projectleider Elektriciteit inhoudt:

  • Coördineren van elektrische installaties vanaf studie en ontwerp tot en met oplevering
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van prijsoffertes, planning en organisatie van projecten
  • Onderhouden van intensief contact met klanten, leveranciers en interne teams
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van werfleiding en betrokken medewerkers
  • Dagelijks zoeken naar klantgerichte en praktische oplossingen bij technische of organisatorische uitdagingen
  • Opvolgen van werven met focus op planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Beheren van zowel technische als financiële aspecten van de projecten

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica, Elektronica of Energietechnologie, of is gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Heeft bij voorkeur ervaring in projectleiding binnen een technische of infrastructurele context
  • Denkt resultaatgericht en lost problemen analytisch en doeltreffend op
  • Combineert technische expertise met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Weet medewerkers te motiveren en teams efficiënt aan te sturen
  • Kan zelfstandig werken en tegelijk vlot afstemmen met klanten en werfleiders
  • Heeft aandacht voor milieu en duurzame oplossingen
  • Werkt vlot met MS Office
