Deze solide en mensgerichte KMO in de regio Wetteren krijg je als Projectleider Elektriciteit de kans om industriële werven van A tot Z te leiden.

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in elektrische installaties voor industriële klanten in heel Vlaanderen en staat bekend om zijn no-nonsense aanpak, korte communicatielijnen en trouwe klantenbestand.

Je maakt deel uit van een klein, hecht team en werkt nauw samen met de CEO, calculator en projectmedewerkers. Je bent vaak onderweg, aanwezig op de werf, in overleg met de klant of bezig met het aansturen van techniekers en onderaannemers.

Geen routinejob dus, maar een gevarieerde rol met impact, autonomie en ruimte voor initiatief.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Van opstart tot oplevering hou je als Projectleider elektriciteit de volledige projectcoördinatie strak in handen, met focus op kwaliteit, timing en veiligheid
  • Als aanspreekpunt op de werf stuur je techniekers en onderaannemers aan en los je problemen meteen op
  • In klantvergaderingen vertegenwoordig je het project met kennis van zaken, ook wanneer er prijsonderhandelingen of technische knopen zijn
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle materialen correct en tijdig besteld zijn, zodat de uitvoering zonder vertraging verloopt
  • Meerwerken vertaal je snel naar offertes en je werkt een compleet as-built dossier uit bij oplevering
  • Je hebt een bachelor in elektriciteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring en minstens 2 jaar praktijkervaring in industriële elektrotechniek
  • Je weet hoe je mensen aanstuurt, leest zonder moeite plannen en schema’s en schakelt snel tussen technische details en coördinatie
  • Nederlands beheers je vlot, je kan je uitdrukken in het Engels en Frans is mooi meegenomen
