Als Projectleider Elektriciteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige realisatie van elektriciteitsprojecten. Je combineert technische kennis, commerciële feeling en organisatorisch talent om projecten kwalitatief, op tijd en binnen budget af te ronden. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne teams als klanten en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie en een gestructureerde opvolging.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opstellen van lange termijnplanningen en coördineren van deelprojecten met werfleiders
  • Organiseren van werfvergaderingen en zorgen voor een open communicatie met klanten en interne teams
  • Dagelijkse opvolging van de werken en uitvoering van controles op kwaliteit, veiligheid en planning
  • Plaatsen van bestellingen en opvolgen van materialen, machines en grondstoffen
  • Signaleren en oplossen van onvoorziene werken, onderhandelen van prijzen en bijwerken van projectdocumentatie
  • Verzorgen van financiële rapportages, vorderstaten en rekeningen
  • Begeleiden en coachen van nieuwe projectleiders
  • Actieve aanwezigheid op werf- en veiligheidsvergaderingen
  • Bachelor of Master in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring binnen een rol als projectleider
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in projectleiding elektriciteit
  • Sterke technische kennis van materialen, installaties en processen
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten en ervaring in teamcoördinatie
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands, goede kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
  • In het bezit van rijbewijs B, VCA-vol is een meerwaarde
  • Goede kennis van Office-pakket
