Voor een technisch sterk en groeiend bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in gebouwtechnieken met elektriciteit als belangrijke pijler, zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Freelance Projectleider Elektrotechniek. Je komt terecht in een professionele organisatie met een sterke technische basis en een jong, ondersteunend team van calculators, werkvoorbereiders en BIM-medewerkers.

Als freelance projectleider krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over uitdagende elektrotechnische projecten en zorg je ervoor dat alles van voorbereiding tot oplevering vlot en efficiënt verloopt. Interesse? Lees dan zeker verder!

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over jouw elektrotechnische projecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je coördineert de werkzaamheden op de werven en stuurt de betrokken teams en partners aan.
  • Je bewaakt de planning, het budget, de kwaliteit en de technische uitvoering.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking tussen calculatie, werkvoorbereiding, BIM en uitvoering.
  • Je volgt de voortgang van de projecten nauwgezet op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je rapporteert over de stand van zaken en zorgt voor een correcte oplevering.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als projectleider of projectmanager binnen de elektrotechnische sector.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke technische kennis en bent onmiddellijk inzetbaar.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig opvolgen en coördineren van projecten.
  • Je communiceert vlot en weet verschillende partijen op een professionele manier aan te sturen.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt het overzicht over meerdere projecten.
  • Je woont op maximaal 30 minuten van Kasterlee.
