In de functie van Projectleider Elektriciteit & HVAC coordinateer je duurzame installatieprojecten binnen de appartementsbouw. Je werkt mee aan innovatieve woonoplossingen en draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van de projectwerking.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van projectplanningen en budgetten.
  • Aansturen van interne teams en externe partners, in samenspraak met de werfleider en ploegbazen.
  • Coordineren van meerdere elektriciteits- en HVAC-projecten tegelijk, gemiddeld zes per jaar.
  • Detecteren van knelpunten en proactief bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Bewaken van deadlines en kwaliteit en initiëren van procesverbeteringen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting en hebt minstens drie jaar relevante ervaring.
  • Je bent sterk in planning, organisatie en budgetopvolging; ervaring met lean-planning is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent proactief, gestructureerd, analytisch en communicatief sterk in het Nederlands. Je werkt vlot met courante IT-systemen.
