The posting

In deze functie neem je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor elektrotechnische projecten, van ontwerp tot uitvoering. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de projectdirecteur en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking met klanten, studiebureaus, interne teams en onderaannemers.

Concreet:

  • Je coördineert elektrische installatieprojecten van A tot Z: van voorontwerp en studie tot oplevering op de werf.
  • Je overlegt met klanten en andere stakeholders, maakt een duidelijke behoefteanalyse en vertaalt die naar passende oplossingen in elektrotechniek en verlichtingstechniek.
  • Je stelt lichtplannen, meetstaten en ontwerptekeningen op, inclusief technische oplossingen zoals sturingen en andere borden.
  • Je maakt offertes op, licht ze technisch en commercieel toe en volgt beslissingen bij klanten op.
  • Je plant projecten, beheert aankoop en budgettering en volgt de uitvoering nauwgezet op tot en met de oplevering.
  • Je beheert de volledige projectadministratie in het ERP-systeem Navision, van input tot opvolging.
  • Je stuurt interne teams en onderaannemers aan, organiseert werfbezoeken en zorgt dat uitvoering, veiligheid en organisatie op niveau blijven.
  • Je volgt de financiën van je projecten op: vorderingsstaten, factuurcontrole, kostenbewaking en rendementsanalyse.
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit, veiligheid en duurzaamheid van elk project en zorgt dat de installaties voldoen aan de geldende normen.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit en elektrotechniek, bij voorkeur met ervaring als projectleider of werfleider in elektrische installaties.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig technisch niveau door ervaring.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bewaart gemakkelijk het overzicht en kan meerdere projecten tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, studiebureaus, interne collega's en onderaannemers en durft standpunten helder te onderbouwen.
  • Je hebt een gezonde commerciële feeling: je kan oplossingen voorstellen, offertes motiveren en waarde creëren voor de klant.
  • Je motiveert mensen op de werf en in het team, brengt duidelijkheid in planning en afspraken en stuurt bij waar nodig.
