We get the job done! Functieomschrijving Wij zijn op zoek naar een Projectleider Elektrotechniek. Als Projectleider E voer jij de regie op elektrotechnische, integrale projecten binnen de utiliteit, vaak in een bewoonde of operationele omgeving. Als Projectleider Elektrotechniek ben jij vanaf de aanvraag tot en met de oplevering eindverantwoordelijk. Samen met het team van werkvoorbereiders en calculatoren speel jij uitstekend in op de wensen en behoefte van de klant. In deze verantwoordelijke en uitdagende functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor: - Het aansturen van een team en daarbij taken toewijzen, begeleiden en het waarborgen van de voortgang en communicatie; - Het vaststellen en beoordelen van de klantwens, bepalen van kostprijs en verkoopprijs en dit vertalen naar een duidelijke en overzichtelijke aanbieding; - Het opstellen van werkplannen en dossiers en daarbij middelen en resources bepalen; - Budgetten opstellen en tevens bewaken en beheren hiervan; - Zorgen dat voorschriften omtrent kwaliteit en veiligheid worden gewaarborgd; - Zorg dragen voor een duidelijke communicatie met interne en externe stakeholders; - Signaleren van risico's waaronder meer- en minderwerk, overschrijden budgetten etc. Functie-eisen Spreken bovenstaande werkzaa...
