Jij kent het klappen van de zweep. Je weet wat er komt kijken bij een utilitair installatie project en je wilt niet alleen uitvoeren, maar echt sturen. Als projectleider elektrotechniek bij een installatiespecialist in de utiliteit en industrie doe jij precies dat. Wat ga jij doen? Je pakt projecten op vanaf de eerste technische briefing tot aan de sleuteloverdracht. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, nevenaannemers en je eigen projectteam en je houdt alle lijnen strak. Regelmatig ben je op locatie om de voortgang te bewaken en bij te sturen waar nodig. - Je coördineert de volledige projectcyclus: van offerte en engineering tot oplevering - Je beheert de planning, bewaakt het budget en meldt afwijkingen tijdig - Je verstrekt opdrachten aan technici en begeleidt hen inhoudelijk - Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf in bouw- en werkvergaderingen - Je vertaalt eisen van opdrachtgevers naar concrete acties voor jouw team Wat breng jij mee? Je hebt HBO werk- en denkniveau, opgedaan via opleiding of werkervaring in de elektrotechniek. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring binnen de E-installatietechniek en weet hoe je een projectteam aanstuurt zonder de rust te verliezen. Een VCA-VOL certificaat en rijbewijs B zijn vereist. Kennis van een ERP-pakket is mooi meegenomen, maar geen dealbreaker.
