Ben jij een geboren organisator die graag de touwtjes in handen heeft? Als Projectleider Elektrotechniek Industrie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de hele uitvoeringsperiode van projecten in de industrie. Je werkt aan onderhoudswerkzaamheden én geheel nieuwe installaties bij industriële klanten in Groot-Ammers, Moerdijk en het Rotterdamse havengebied. Je maakt de planning, stelt een team samen, stuurt deze aan en houdt de voortgang scherp in de gaten. Van bouwvergaderingen tot meer-/minderwerkverrekeningen: jij bent compleet financieel en organisatorisch verantwoordelijk voor je project. Een afwisselende en zelfstandige functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid. Volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor de uitvoeringsperiode van industriële elektrotechnische projecten; Planning maken en bewaken van projecten; Team samenstellen en aansturen van monteurs en technici; Voortgang van het project bewaken en bijwonen van bouwvergaderingen; Zorgdragen voor meer-/minderwerkverrekeningen; Eventuele problemen oplossen en klanten adviseren; Financieel verantwoordelijk voor je project (budget, nacalculatie, winstgevendheid); Afstemming met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en interne afdelingen. Een marktconform salaris tussen de €5000 & €6000, afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring; Jaarlijkse bonus op basis van winst en functioneren; 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ATV-dagen; Lease-auto van de zaak; Telefoon van de zaak; Goede scholings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden via VNOM; Persoonlijke begeleiding en loopbaancoaching vanuit VNOM; Werken in een organisatie waar je beslissingen mag nemen en mag leren en groeien; Snelle uitbetaling en directe lijntjes met je VNOM-consultant. MBO/HBO-opleiding Elektrotechniek, of een aantal jaren relevante werkervaring als uitvoerder/projectleider; VCA-VOL certificaat, of bereid dit te behalen; Kennis van kwaliteitsnormen, richtlijnen en voorschriften; Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden; Financieel inzicht en ervaring met projectadministratie; Je beheer
