Als Projectleider Elektrotechniek ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor kortlopende elektrotechnische projecten. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen planning, budget en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen worden opgeleverd. Je schakelt tussen de tekentafel, de bouwplaats en het kantoor, en houdt alle touwtjes stevig in handen. Je werkt nauw samen met monteurs, onderaannemers, opdrachtgevers en collega's uit andere disciplines. Jouw technische kennis en organisatorische vaardigheden zorgen ervoor dat elk project soepel verloopt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige projectcyclus van kortlopende elektrotechnische installaties. Dit betekent dat je betrokken bent vanaf de calculatiefase tot en met de oplevering. Je bewaakt de voortgang, stuurt het team aan en zorgt ervoor dat alle partijen op één lijn zitten. Daarnaast ben je het gezicht naar de klant en zorg je voor heldere communicatie over planning, wijzigingen en opleveringen. Jouw taken in het kort: - Aansturen en coördineren van kortlopende elektrotechnische projecten in de utiliteitsbouw; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit gedurende het gehele project; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, monteurs en onderaannemers; - Voorbereiden van werkzaamheden en zorgen voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering op locatie; - Signaleren van risico's en proactief schakelen bij knelpunten; - Bijdragen aan calculaties en offertetrajecten voor nieuwe projecten; - Zorgen voor correcte administratie en rapportages.

Afhankelijk van jouw ambities en ontwikkeling kun je doorgroeien naar een rol als Senior Projectleider of Projectmanager, waarbij je grotere en complexere projecten gaat aansturen.
