Bij Steegman Elektrotechniek leid je elektrotechnische projecten voor onder andere scholen, ziekenhuizen, musea en kantoren. Je schakelt met opdrachtgevers, monteurs en onderaannemers en zorgt dat projecten veilig, strak georganiseerd en volgens afspraak worden opgeleverd. Your role Als Projectleider Elektrotechniek ben jij de verbindende schakel in de uitvoering. Je bewaakt de voortgang, houdt grip op uren en materiaal, organiseert overleggen en stuurt per project teams van 10 tot 30 medewerkers aan. - Coördineren van technische en organisatorische onderdelen van elektrotechnische projecten. - Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit, uren en materiaalverbruik. - Organiseren van kick-off meetings, werkoverleggen en toolboxsessies. - Aansturen van monteurs en onderaannemers en afstemmen met opdrachtgevers. - Opstellen van offertes en onderhouden van klantrelaties. - Zorgen voor veilige uitvoering en naleving van VCA, normen en voorschriften. - Opleveren en evalueren van projecten.
