Als projectleider elektrotechnische projecten ben je de spilfiguur die elektrotechnische projecten van begin tot einde leidt. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van teams, medewerkers en externe partners die bij het project betrokken zijn. Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie met alle betrokken partijen, zowel intern als extern. Je houdt de projectinformatie en voortgang nauwkeurig bij en zorgt voor een correcte nacalculatie achteraf. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt dat ervoor zorgt dat projecten technisch, organisatorisch en financieel goed verlopen. Dit vereist sterke leidinggevende vaardigheden, technisch inzicht en een resultaatgerichte aanpak.

We zoeken naar kandidaten met een solide technische achtergrond in elektriciteit of elektromechanica, sterke leidinggevende capaciteiten en een klantgerichte mentaliteit. Je bent analytisch sterk, probleemoplosser van aard en in staat om complexe projecten efficiënt te beheren. Je hebt niet alleen technisch inzicht, maar kunt dit ook praktisch toepassen. Je bent een communicatief sterke persoon die resultaatgericht werkt en teams weet te motiveren

  • Bij voorkeur een bachelordiploma in energie of elektromechanica
  • Minimaal A2-diploma in elektriciteit (ervaring kan een lager diploma compenseren, bijvoorbeeld A2 met 5 jaar werkervaring als werfleider)
  • Praktische ervaring in de elektrotechnische sector
  • Technisch inzicht en vermogen om dit in de praktijk toe te passen
  • Ervaring met projectcoördinatie en teamleiding
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Duidelijke en effectieve communicatie met diverse stakeholders
  • Resultaatgerichte werkhouding met focus op kwaliteit
  • Leidinggevend vermogen en teammotivatievaardigheden
  • Klantgericht denken en zoeken naar op maat gesneden oplossingen
  • Analytisch vermogen en sterke probleemoplossingsvaardigheden
  • Nederlands-Frans tweetaligheid is een pluspunt
  • Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om in verschillende niveaus (junior, medior, senior) te werken
