  • Beheren van de financiële opvolging waarborgt een gezonde projectmarge zonder ooit in te boeten op de beloofde luxe.
  • Ondersteunen van de bouwheer gedurende het volledige traject schept een duurzame band gebaseerd op vertrouwen en vakmanschap.
  • Sturen op een strakke en realistische tijdsplanning maakt dat elke exclusieve woning tijdig en volgens afspraak wordt opgeleverd.

Profiel

Voor de projectleider exclusieve projecten wordt gezocht naar een profiel met de volgende kenmerken:

  • Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring binnen de hoogsegmentwoningbouw biedt het noodzakelijke fundament voor deze positie.
  • Beschikken over een sterke bouwkundige achtergrond, verkregen door een master- of bachelorsdiploma of gelijkwaardige praktijkkennis, is essentieel.
