  • Als Projectleider draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de organisatie, planning en coördinatie van complexe bouwprojecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je vertaalt projectdoelstellingen naar een haalbare aanpak en bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budgetten gedurende de volledige uitvoering.
  • In overleg met werfverantwoordelijken, engineering, leveranciers en onderaannemers stem je mensen, middelen en technische oplossingen efficiënt op elkaar af.
  • Onderhandelingen met leveranciers en onderaannemers voer je zorgvuldig, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, samenwerking en een gezonde projectmarge.
  • Opdrachtgevers en andere stakeholders kunnen rekenen op duidelijke communicatie, correcte rapportering en een projectmanager die knelpunten tijdig signaleert.
  • Je leidt werfvergaderingen, volgt de uitvoering nauwgezet op en grijpt doelgericht in wanneer technische, organisatorische of commerciële uitdagingen ontstaan.
  • Door werfverantwoordelijken en collega’s te coachen, versterk je de samenwerking en creëer je een werkomgeving waarin mensen verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je waakt over de toepassing van geldende procedures rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu, waaronder ISO- en VCA-richtlijnen, en rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke voor de regio.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma als burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur.
  • Je brengt bij voorkeur 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring mee in gebouwenbouw of een vergelijkbare projectomgeving, met verantwoordelijkheid voor planning, uitvoering en budgetopvolging.
  • Technisch inzicht, een sterk gevoel voor organisatie en ervaring met het aansturen van werfteams helpen je om complexe projecten beheersbaar te houden.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kunt professioneel overleggen in het Frans en Engels, zodat je met uiteenlopende interne en externe partners effectief samenwerkt.
  • Een proactieve, ondernemende houding en coachend leiderschap zijn essentieel: je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, maakt beslissingen bespreekbaar en krijgt mensen mee door zelf het voorbeeld te geven.
