Voor een sterk groeiende en gerenommeerde speler binnen glasoplossingen zoeken we een Projectleider die mee het succes van uitdagende bouwprojecten vormgeeft.

Als Projectleider ben jij de spilfiguur tussen klant, leveranciers, interne teams en uitvoering op de werf. Je beheert verschillende projecten tegelijkertijd en zorgt ervoor dat alles vlot verloopt, van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

  • Dossiers analyseren en technisch voorbereiden
  • Bestellingen plaatsen en leveranciers opvolgen
  • Contact onderhouden met klanten en partners
  • Werven opstarten en uitvoering coördineren
  • Planning bewaken en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Budgetten opvolgen en facturatie verzorgen
  • Kwaliteit, timing en rendement van projecten bewaken

De functie bestaat uit een mooie afwisseling tussen administratie en aanwezigheid op de werf. Gemiddeld besteed je ongeveer 50% van je tijd aan projectadministratie en coördinatie, en 50% aan werfbezoeken en opvolging op locatie. De werven bevinden zich verspreid over Vlaanderen, met een sterke concentratie aan de kust.

  • Bachelor of Master in een relevante richting
  • Ervaring als Projectleider is een grote troef
  • Ben je net afgestudeerd en iemand met sterk potentieel dan komt je eveneens in aanmerking
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Kennis van AutoCAD, Revit of Tekla is een troef
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands, basis Frans is een plus
