Als projectleider bij Soople: - Verricht je woningopnames voor het bepalen van herstel/ onderhoudswerkzaamheden. - Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen (waaronder organiseren en coördineren) en begeleiden van de onderhoudsmedewerkers in het schadeherstel en vastgoedonderhoud op een zodanige wijze dat de werkzaamheden klantgericht, efficiënt en effectief worden uitgevoerd; - Houd je controle en toezicht op de uitgevoerde werken op basis van de gestelde eisen m.b.t. kwaliteit, planning, veiligheid en begroting. - Draag je actief bij aan de verbetering van processen en groei van onze organisatie. Wat breng je mee?** - Bouwkundig en/of technisch inzicht: Jij begrijpt hoe zaken in elkaar steken. - Sociale vaardigheden: - Je schakelt moeiteloos met diverse betrokken partijen. - Je kan met bewoners omgaan - Je durft leiding te geven/ te nemen - Ervaring in schadeherstel of verzekeringen is een dikke pré, maar geen must. - Oog voor detail: je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt altijd overzicht. - Een VCA VOL certificaat, of de bereidheid deze te halen.
