Onze projecten worden groter, complexer en talrijker. Daarom zoeken we een extra projectleider die samen met Wouter onze organisatie verder helpt professionaliseren.

Als projectleider combineer je technisch inzicht met sterke organisatorische vaardigheden. Je vormt de schakel tussen klant, tekenbureau, atelier, werf en service en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vlot verlopen van voorbereiding tot oplevering en service.

Je bent ongeveer 60% intern bezig met organiseren, plannen en coördineren en 40% extern aanwezig bij klanten en projecten.

Je coördineert projecten van A tot Z

  • Je vertaalt projectinformatie naar een duidelijke planning en aanpak.
  • Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen en de praktische uitvoerbaarheid ervan.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang van projecten en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines gehaald worden.
  • Je detecteert knelpunten en zoekt proactief naar een passende oplossing.
  • Je helpt processen, werkwijzen en interne tools verder ontwikkelen.
  • Je brengt structuur in projectopvolging, planning en communicatie
  • Je bezoekt klanten en werven om technische informatie te verzamelen en de situatie correct in kaart te brengen.
  • Je stelt het werfdossier samen met metingen, aansluitingen en aandachtspunten voor productie en montage.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht naar het tekenbureau, zodat de juiste tekeningen kunnen worden uitgewerkt.
  • Je stemt de planning en praktische uitvoering af met de klant.
  • Je organiseert transporten en leveringen.
  • Je geeft duidelijke instructies aan montageploegen en eventuele onderaannemers en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking.
  • Je bewaakt voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma als ingenieur.
  • Je hebt ervaring met projectopvolging, coördinatie of technische organisatie.
  • Je houdt het overzicht over het volledige project en verliest daarbij belangrijke details niet uit het oog.
  • Je neemt beslissingen en zorgt ervoor dat projecten vooruitgaan wanneer er knelpunten ontstaan.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten, collega's en partners.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar werkt ook nauw samen met andere betrokken partijen.
  • Efficiëntie, kwaliteit en veiligheid zijn belangrijke aandachtspunten in je werk.
  • Affiniteit met landbouw, industrie of technische installaties is een pluspunt.
