De functie inhoud Een job als projectleider, hoe ziet dat er uit?

  • Opvolgen van verschillende werven, zowel renovatie, villabouw als in de algemene aanneming
  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de gehele organisatie binnen het bouwteam
  • Opmaken van de planning
  • Controle uitvoeren zodat het nodige materiaal aanwezig is op de werven
  • Opmaken van vorderingsstaten
  • De werken met een nauwlettend oog in de gaten houden
  • Als projectleider fungeer jij als aanspreekpunt voor zowel de klant, architect als andere betrokken partijen
  • Last but not least, veiligheid op de werf!

Onze klant Onze klant, een middelgroot familiaal bouwbedrijf is gelegen te Deinze. Dit bouwbedrijf is gestart als aannemer in 1980 en kan je herkennen aan zijn renovatietechnieken, afbraakwerken en het plaatsen van stalen liggers.

Sinds enkele jaren specialiseert het bouwbedrijf zich ook in nieuwbouw en betonwerken. Op heden gaan ze op zoek naar net dat tikkeltje meer. Een projectleider die uitblinkt met zijn unieke persoonlijkheid. Naar welk profiel gaat onze klant op zoek?

  • Bij voorkeur beschik je al over enkele jaren ervaring in de bouwsector
  • Nog geen ervaring maar wel een Bachelor Bouwkunde diploma op zak? Dat kan zeker ook!
  • Jouw omgeving typeert jou als een people person die communicatief vaardig is en wel tegen een stootje kan
  • Je beheerst heel wat technisch-bouwkundige skills die je kan gebruiken binnen de bouwsector
