Als projectleider ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de afgesproken beveiligingsopdracht, van voorbereiding tot evaluatie. DIT MAAKT HET WERK MOOI Werk dat bij je past. - Een rol met verantwoordelijkheid voor voorbereiding én uitvoering van een project. - Samenwerken met opdrachtgevers, planners, supervisors en de Centrale Post. - Ruimte om knelpunten vroeg te bespreken en de inzet samen beter te organiseren. Wat ga je doen? - Je bespreekt opdracht, verwachtingen en werkafspraken met de opdrachtgever. - Je stemt inzetplan, posten, benodigde kwalificaties en middelen af met planning en supervisors. - Je vertaalt het veiligheidsplan naar de afgesproken werkzaamheden en briefings voor ESG. - Je bewaakt de uitvoering, stemt wijzigingen af binnen je mandaat en coördineert de supervisors. - Je verzamelt rapportages en gecontroleerde uren en verzorgt evaluatie en overdracht voor verdere afhandeling. Past dit bij jou? - Je hebt ervaring in evenementenbeveiliging en het coördineren van teams of projecten. - Je kunt plannen en rapportages beoordelen en afspraken helder vastleggen. - Je houdt overzicht, communiceert duidelijk met opdrachtgevers en stemt beslissingen zorgvuldig af. We bespreken welke kwalificaties en ervaring nodig zijn voor jouw concrete inzet. De projectleider bewaakt het project als geheel; supervisors sturen hun teams tijdens de dienst aan.
