En vind je het leuk om daarvoor een team van onze eigen ervaren monteurs aan te sturen die de uitvoering van jouw projecten realiseren? Dan is dit de perfecte functie voor jou! Vanuit onze groeiende vestiging in Assen ben je als projectleider van opdracht tot oplevering verantwoordelijk voor jouw eigen projecten. Daarnaast is er volop ruimte om mee te denken over de toekomst van ons bedrijf: we staan midden in de energietransitie en horen graag jouw ideeën over kansen die je voor Hamer Noord ziet in deze veranderende markt. Wat jij gaat doen als projectleider? Als projectleider werk je samen met bedrijfsleider Gert-Henk, collega-projectleider Twan en werkvoorbereider Sjaak. En voorlopig kan je een beroep doen op de ruime ervaring van collega Niels die vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Apeldoorn bijspringt in Assen. Jullie zorgen samen voor een goede uitvoering van alle projecten rondom brandstofinstallaties, werkplaatsinrichting en werktuigbouwkunde. De meeste projecten starten met een keuring van de (tank-)installatie. Geen dag of week is daardoor hetzelfde. Want je weet van tevoren nog niet wat je gaat aantreffen en hoe lang het project loopt. De monteurs werken bovendien aan wisselende projecten. Het is jouw taak om dat alles praktisch en flexibel te managen. Daarbij houd je goed in de gaten wat de gevolgen zijn als de gemaakte afspraken en planning moeten worden aangepast. Jij kan dus echt het verschil maken. Dan weet iedereen van tevoren waar hij of zij aan toe is. Je komt te werken in een kleinschalige en gezellige vestiging met ongeveer 30 collega's. De helft van je tijd ga je naar opdrachtgevers voor overleg en bezoek je de monteurs tijdens de uitvoering...
