Functie-eisen Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als projectleider in de bouw, renovatie of vastgoedverduurzaming. Je weet hoe je projecten gestructureerd aanpakt, houdt oog voor detail en communiceert overtuigend met uiteenlopende gesprekspartners. Met jouw bouwkundige basis en resultaatgerichte aanpak breng je projecten verder. - Afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op hbo-niveau of aantoonbaar vergelijkbaar niveau. - Ervaring met renovatie, onderhoud of verduurzaming van vastgoed. - Bekendheid met RGS en/of langdurige samenwerkingsvormen is een pre. - Je werkt zorgvuldig, neemt initiatief en houdt overzicht in meerdere trajecten. - Rijbewijs B en beschikbaar vanaf 32 uur per week.
