Jij maakt budgetverantwoordelijkheden duidelijk, ondersteunt bij besluitvorming en verbindt Finance met de business. Mosadex is een grote organisatie (± 2000 medewerkers) in de farmaceutische zorg- en retailmarkt, verspreid over zo'n 10 locaties in Nederland. We zijn volop in ontwikkeling en bouwen verder aan een organisatie die klaar is voor de toekomst. Dat doen we door samen te werken aan slimme, veilige en efficiënte oplossingen voor de apotheek van morgen. En waar we waarde creëren, willen we die ook verzilveren: door onze diensten te verbeteren, versterken we de relatie met onze klanten en onze positie in de markt. Je komt terecht in team Strategie & Executie, waar je projecten realiseert met directe impact op de financiële sturing binnen Mosadex. In deze rol werk je intensief samen met de afdeling Finance en uiteenlopende stakeholders van onze verschillende vestigingen. Wat ga je bij ons doen? Mosadex is volop in ontwikkeling. Om onze groeiambities waar te maken en de samenwerking tussen onze bedrijven verder te versterken, bouwen we aan één geïntegreerde organisatie. Een sterke en toekomstbestendige Finance-organisatie speelt daarin een belangrijke rol. Als Projectmanager Finance geef jij richting aan deze ontwikkeling. Je brengt structuur aan in veranderingen, verbindt mensen en zorgt ervoor dat strategische plannen ook daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de CFO, finance managers, business stakeholders en externe partners. Dankzij jouw aanpak ontstaat meer uniformiteit, inzicht en wendbaarheid binnen Finance, waardoor de organisatie beter kan sturen op prestaties en toekomstige groei.
