Aanvraag-details Projectleider Financiën - Gemeente Loon op Zand - Aanvraagnummer: SRQ170863 Aantal uren per week 36 Gemeente Loon op Zand zoekt een Projecteider financiën De projectleider financiën moet invulling geven aan de projectopdracht ombuigingen. Het meerjarenperspectief van de gemeente Loon op Zand is negatief. Dit is zichtbaar in zowel de kadernota 2027 als de behandelde Berap 2026. Vanwege het negatieve meerjaren perspectief moeten er maatregelen worden getroffen. In opdracht van het college moet er een document opgeleverd worden met daarin ombuigingsmaatregelen om te komen tot een sluitende meerjarenbegroting voor de jaren 2028 tot en met 2031. De projectleider is verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het project en alle bijbehorende werkzaamheden (afstemmen projectgroep, informeren stuurgroep, activeren andere stakeholders, informeren raad etc.) en brengt kennis en ervaring mee om zelf een beeld te kunnen vormen van de vergaarde informatie (gemeentelijke financiën). De projectleider doet een voorstel voor een methodiek (plan van aanpak, inclusief methode) om te komen tot de juiste ombuigingsmaatregelen. Het resultaat van de opdracht (uit te breiden op grond van inhoudelijke voorstellen projectleider): Voor ZZP en detachering geldt dit als resultaatverplichting. - Opstellen plan van aanpak in te volgen proces en procedure inclusief tijdpad - Benoemen/inventariseren van stakeholders - Opstellen document met concrete mogelijkheden om te bezuinigen per domein en team - Aangeven op welk niveau de bezuiniging is te realiseren vb. - investering - verlaging budget/subsidie-personeel - In beeld brengen van alle opties en mogelijkheden en de consequenties daarvan, er zijn geen heilige huisjes/taboe onderwerpen - Opstellen / adviseren over monitoring instrument / dashboard - Optioneel: uitvoeringsplan om de besluiten door te voeren inclusief tijdpad
